StudentsAchieve - Grading is a web-based, enterprise Gradebook and classroom management application used by teachers, schools and school divisions. Grading provides much more than the typical gradebook application. By providing tremendous flexibility and control over the structure of courses, teachers have the ability to organize and weight their assignments into a virtually unlimited number of folders and assignment types. By leveraging leading -edge web technologies Grading provides instant access from home and abroad, allowing teachers to enter grades and organize their assignments at their convenience. Assignment instructions, file attachments, web links and rubrics can be organized in context for easy reference. In addition, Grading course and assignment data is carried forward from year to year, allowing teachers to import courses they've developed in previous years. This allows them to start the new school year with the majority of the work already completed.
Our centralized Classroom Management tools provide instant access to attendance and behavior information at a division, school and district level. This information is also readily accessible to parents through our Involvement product. By allowing teachers and administrators to work off the same database, it's easy for the school attendance administrator to see which teachers haven't submitted their attendance. At a moments notice, teachers or administrators can bring up a students schedule and view/edit their attendance for an extended period.
