StudentsAchieve - Assessment is a web-based, enterprise Standards Alignment and Assessment system that allows schools, divisions and other jurisdictions to gather standards results data at the classroom level. By allowing administrators to define the relevant standards or metrics and integrating them directly into our Grading product, teachers can align their day to day assignments and tests to the standards set forth by their admin. The beauty of such a system is that it requires almost no extra work from the teachers. As well, analysis and reporting of this data can be done at nearly real-time.
Gone are the days of having to wait until your state or province gives you the results of your last standardized tests. With Assessment you can gather this information monthly, weekly or at whatever interval you deem necessary. As well, by using the built-in or customized reports you can quickly identify problem areas in your school/division by drilling in from the district level summary to the student level detail. This provides valuable information for teachers as well, as they can spot areas of the curriculum that certain students are struggling with.
Our Enterprise Report Card Management module allows administrators to define, gather and print standards based report cards. By providing centralized management tools, administrators can quickly see which teachers haven't completed their report cards and automatically send them a reminder message. Once report cards are printed, administrators can lock the report cards from being edited. From the teachers' perspective, the entire reporting process is made easier: They can enter their report card grades from home as well as at school, Administrators can help them remotely through any problems they encounter, and all of this can be done without exchanging a single floppy disk or stack of papers. Teachers can also print preview the report card.
