Version 5 is coming June 1, 2009
StudentsAchieve is pleased to announce Version 5 of the software. We have introduced a new user interface that is easier for teachers to navigate. The left panel has moved to the top for extra screen real estate, weve rearranged the menus, added the most common screens to the home page as shortcuts to name a few.
With this version, training for your key board staff is highly recommended so they are prepared to assist teachers and administrators when they return in the fall. To assist, StudentsAchieve will be offering the following:
Release notes V5 handout to share with your teachers and administrators Book one on one remote training at your hourly rate Participate in a scheduled remote training session for your key board staff at a discounted rate. We will also offer training services for your teachers and administrators. To assist with your internal training, we will be offering a training video you can share with your teachers and administrators for a special introductory discounted rate. ***Please note: Videos will be produced depending on interest.
Now Scheduling for Summer Upgrades!
StudentsAchieve is strongly suggesting you upgrade to Version 5 this summer to minimize disruption to your teachers in June. In addition, we will not be adding any enhancements to Version 4 going forward.
As mentioned above, we suggest prior to your upgrade, you participate in a training session so you can assist teachers and administrators with this interface change. Please contact Susan Chapman at Susan.Chapman@StudentsAchieve.com.
To schedule your upgrade, please email helpdesk@StudentsAchieve.com. This upgrade will take between 1-3 hours; StudentsAchieve will be unavailable during that time period.
