Ted Bradshaw
President & CEO

Mr. Bradshaw joined StudentsAchieve in June of 2002 as its President and CEO. He is responsible for the strategic vision, planning and overall direction of the company.
Mr. Bradshaw brings over ten years of experience in the high technology sector. Prior to StudentsAchieve he was Director of Sales for Cognos Inc., and held various sales and management positions at IBM and Xerox. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Distinction from the University of Alberta as well as an Honors Diploma in Finance from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology

Ryan Gallagher
Vice President Research & Development

Mr. Gallagher joined StudentsAchieve in April of 2001 as its Vice President of Research and Development. He is responsible for product development and support, technical design and emerging technologies.
Prior to joining StudentsAchieve Mr. Gallagher was a systems consultant and served as Chief Developer and Project Manager on over a dozen successful product and custom application implementations. Mr. Gallagher has extensive knowledge and experience with software engineering, programming, system development, web technologies, and most notably the Microsoft.NET suite of technologies. He holds a Computing Sciences diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.

Darren Clark
Vice President Operations & Creative Director

Mr. Clark co-founded StudentsAchieve in 2000 and is responsible for product design, direction, and content.
Mr. Clark has over fifteen years of teaching and school administration experience. He has won and been nominated for numerous awards for teaching excellence and holds a Bachelor of Education and Masters in Educational Administration from the University of Alberta.

Curtis Palichuk
Vice President Finance

Mr. Palichuk is responsible for finance, administration, business policies and procedures as well as internal controls.
With more than 20 years of business and financial experience, Mr. Palichuk has held senior positions with Ernst and Young, Controller and CFO roles with the Fishing Hole, and most recently as the Managing Partner at a private accounting firm. He is a chartered accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta.
